(as the patient),

I had my mirena coil removed after a month of agony. The nurse on the phone was amazing, she managed to get me an appointment the same day, I imagine as my symptoms were concerning.

I've always received good medical care from the Exeter clinic, however this time is was beyond just good.

My Nurse (April) was also amazing, she’s the first nurse to be gentle and talk me through the procedure. There was no unnecessary stress or pain. I've never been comfortable with the speculum and this time I didn’t even feel that uncomfortable part. I really feel like April took her time especially in making sure I the patient was completely comfortable.

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.
