From the first time we met, Jules has treated me with nothing but compassion, respect and care.

Even at my lowest, Jules has a natural ability to make me laugh, and she holds unconditional hope for me at the times when I can't. 

I always look forward to our appointments, Jules has gone above and beyond to support me to navigate the barriers between me and employment, be that taking me to the foodbank, advocating for me, making sure I understand information that I would otherwise find confusing. 

I can't thank Jules enough for her patience and warmth. With her help, I am starting to see my potential, and believing in myself again.
