The staff at West Cumberland Hospital Medical Physics department were absolutely fabulous from the minute we walked into reception. All staff chatted to my son and made him feel really comfortable.
He hardly noticed when bloods were taken and got a certificate at the end which he loved. I couldn't fault the staff on anything, brilliant!
