I was quite nervous about the surgery, however from the moment I arrived the staff put me at ease and assisted me through the process. Every member of staff (the porters, nurses, consultants and surgeons) were engaging and considered of the procedure and what I was feeling.

On behalf of the nursing staff, I’d especially like to thank you for recognising their role in your care, especially on reducing the nervous feelings you had prior to your surgery.
