"EMDR therapy-I felt believed in, I felt seen and I felt heard"

About: Community Services / North Lincolnshire Recovery Focussed team

(as a service user),

I cannot express just how grateful I am for the invaluable support I have received from Claire. Throughout my therapy journey, I have been listened to, validated and genuinely understood in a way that in my opinion, is extremely hard to come by. Claire’s non-judgemental approach led to the development of a warm therapeutic relationship and I feel this is key in relation to how successful the intervention has been for me as a whole. I felt believed in, I felt seen, I felt heard. Thank you so much!
