About: Gilbert Bain Hospital / Ward 3 (medical)

(as a relative),

On behalf of our family, I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff of Ward 3 at the Gilbert Bain Hospital for the excellent care and treatment they provided my Granny while she was in the ward.

The nurses and health care support staff who looked after her were kind, compassionate and always had time for her despite being very busy.

If we had questions they responded straight away and gave us updates regularly.

We appreciate all the support Nanny had and could not have asked for better care.

Thank you so much for sharing your positive feedback regarding the care your Granny received on Ward 3. I am so pleased to hear that all the staff were kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and able to provide you and your family with regular updates.
