I attended for an outpatient appointment with the paediatric asthma team recently with my son. All the medical and nursing staff were amazing, not only supportive but participated in shared decision making with both myself and my son regarding medications. They offered follow up telephone consultation to see how he is doing and nothing was any trouble.
It is lovely to know help is at hand if there are any issues.
