"I am on the road to recovery"

I started drinking years ago to hide the pain I felt losing my wife and brothers and sisters I lost during my army days. After 9 yrs of abusing myself with alcohol I decided I needed help and at the time I had a support worker who put me in touch with CGL, Change Grow Live.

From the first day I was apprehensive, but thought why not let's give it a go. I didn't want to quit just wanted to cut down, so I done the 12 step programme and wow the guys François and Mark were amazing and really helped me but that still wasn't enough so I went I to Park House detox for 2 weeks which has changed my life, well in fact saved my life, and now I am on the road to recovery, it's hard but life's much better.
