(as a service user),

Over the last few months I have been in regular contact with Andrea  (mental health nurse). Andrea is a credit to the NHS and to the Thorne and Moorends surgery. She has been so empathetic, yet professional. Her knowledge, understanding and guidance has been unbelievably helpful whilst I am going through a tough time.

Hi Indusmt54,

thank you so much for taking time to provide some feedback about your recent experiences of accessing support through your GP surgery with the mental health nurse.

I am sorry to learn that your are having a tough time at the moment, but pleased that you have been able to find some support and guidance from Andrea- we are very lucky to have he working in the service and in the Thorne and Moorends area.

I will ensure that Andrea receives your feedback.
