(as the patient),

Attended a yearly review for Parkinson’s at Arbroath Infirmary, I was impressed with the service received. The review was very well organised, the advice was extremely helpful.  The team were friendly, professional and patient. I felt comfortable asking questions. Having the whole review in one day improved the whole experience and had a very positive effect for both myself and my wife.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback from your recent Parkinson's clinic appointment. I am very pleased to hear that you found the format of the day met your needs and you felt comfortable and at ease to ask any questions during your review. The purpose of the review is to provide a comprehensive assessment over one morning from the whole team on an annual basis.
