"The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable"

I was kept waiting for 2hours. Once in I wasn't treated with dignity more like a number.

The consultant wasn't at all reassuring and there was little communication. I wasn't treated given the sedative and anaesthetic then promptly had something inserted in my throat without explanation. I gagged excessively and it was decided not to proceed. I was disappointed that the sedative and anaesthetic were not given more time to take effect. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable.

The organisation on the day was disgraceful and the waste in terms of staff was disgraceful. The organisation of my records was very poor.

I have had experience of other departments at at Lincoln. All of my experiences have been very negative and I will never go to Lincoln ever again.
