We were offered a cancellation appointment and had less than 1.5 hours from Tavistock in very bad weather, arrived on time, seen straight away by very helpful nurse who made you feel welcome and relaxed.
A Mr Birchley, consultant, listened to our problem and spent considerable time in explaining what could and couldn’t be done. We were both impressed by his knowledge of my personal situation ( in such a short period of time) and advice given.
We both left his surgery feeling very much better, unlike our previous experiences with other consultants. I personally would like to thank him and his assistant for all their time and advice super service.
