"Eurocentric model of care"

GPs are caring and excellent, the receptionist staff are hard working and mostly helpful. Some of the nursing staff seem to lack understanding of health issues pertaining to some ethnic groups, and can come across as dogmatic.

I've noted from online reviews on other sites that the very high and very low scores are almost equal. The overall score for the practice is below the average of practices near by. This practice has a large student population and I feel that the low scores are due to complacency and the number of students attending as it is their catchment area.
