Warmly received at reception and taken to the Department. The Staff were amazing, informative, caring, encouraging and made me feel relaxed and included.

My Endoscopy started on time and I was given pain relief using the Gas and Air technique and one of the Nurses was very attentive making sure I was coping with the procedure.

It was probably only 15 minutes for the actual examination and the Two Doctors were lovely and explained everything they had done and reassured me I had nothing to worry about.

I was quickly returned to the recovery area where the wonderful Jean brought me tea and toast, which was very much appreciated. All in all I was looked after with care, compassion and kindness from the moment I stepped through the doors.
