"The staff are rushed off their feet"

I was recently admitted to Ninewells and found the staff all to be amazing!  Unfortunately they are so rushed off their feet and I feel they have not got enough time in the day to be expected to do everything they can. I have recently had to return to this department and I can see not much has changed. Sitting in a crowed waiting area for 5+ hours and only having a urine sample and blood pressure taking seems extreme! I hope the staff keep up the good work and get the extra staff and space that they need.
