Mum required 2 periods if care -one to help stabilise and monitor dangerously low potassium then for unexplained falling.
On both occasions bloods and urine tested; BP, heart rate and oxygen levels checked. Very thorough. Two changes were made to her needs as they possibly reduced BP too much, contributing to the night-time falls.
The nurses and Dr's who attended were professional, yet personable and considerate to an elderly lady with dementia. They continued to monitor Mum for 5 days until discharging her from their service. There was good communication with both her GP and the local "blister pack" meds service.
For a service which, until July, I had never heard about, I was extremely happy - and so was Mum - with their service.
