"Great Phlebotomist"

I attended my GP surgery for a blood test, but unfortunately we had difficulty getting any blood on multiple occasions (not at the fault of the clinician). The phlebotomist was patient, kind and understanding on every visit. She offered advice on how we could resolve the issue and really appreciated how desperate I was to get my blood test sorted so I could get my results as soon as possible. She made multiple attempts on each visit and tried her best to keep me relaxed with friendly conversation. I have never had difficulty with having blood tests before so I really appreciated her personable approach, understanding and advice throughout.
