I was attending Stirling community hospital for an appointment with a dermatologist to discuss treatment for psoriasis, while being assessed for uv light treatment the doctor noticed something on my back which he was concerned about.
Long story short I was informed that I was going to have to get a minor operation that very morning to remove a potential cancerous mole.....my anxiety levels rocketed and the worry and sweat was pouring.
Thanks to David and Vikki, the minor opp went by without even noticing it had been done due to Vikki constantly chatting with me and David throughout the process.....
All the staff members I had encountered were absolutely brilliant including Kenny on reception desk.. I can only say thank you all for going out of all you ways to make thing a little easier for myself.
"Fantastic care and attention from staff"
