"Very efficient and everyone was lovely"

I had an appointment with my stepdad at Glasgow royal infirmary urology department.

Everything was as normal very efficient and everyone was lovely. We got taken in to the consultation room and had the pleasure of being dealt with by the most lovely nurse Danielle. My stepdad has FTD and it is quite advanced. Danielle was so kind and understanding, she was very knowledgeable about dementia and advised me to send her the POA for Michael (my Stepdad) and she would put it on the system for us.

The department is very well run and all the nurses were lovely and I just felt I had to make a special mention for Danielle and her extreme kindness and understanding.
