(as a service user),

I’ve recently moved area, and have been almost overwhelmed by how much better the health care is in North Yorkshire, compared to Cumbria, where I lived for nearly 40 years. Appointments are quick and all the personnel I have met have been professional, kind and helpful. At the Friarage for an x ray, I arrived with a book for the usual long wait, to be seen 30minutes earlier than my appointment. Unbelievable! I want to say thank you and well done. You are amazing.
