"Excellent Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic"

I have just finished Cardiac Rehabilitation programme at Whiteabbey Hospital and I can't praise enough Roisin, Niamh and Anne running the programme. They were very professional, encouraging without being patronising, caring and patient, helping me beyond their duties. The sessions were informative and exercise classes were very well organised helping participants build strength at their own pace. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I now feel much better than before the programme.
