I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at the Western Health and Social Care Trust, especially Miriam, one of the health care assistants in Clinic Four, Outpatients, Altnagelvin Hospital.
Mum was there today and Miriam couldn’t have been kinder. She went above and beyond, treating her with such warmth and care. You could tell she genuinely loved what she does.
It’s easy to take good care for granted until you see it up close. People like Miriam make all the difference — not just to patients, but to families too.
