I have only been a patient at this surgery for 1 year and I have not had much dealings until this past 3 months. I had an appointment today at the Banbridge surgery with Ailish. She was very kind and informative offering the best advice and care. I was able to return later in the day and met Karen in the treatment room. To be met with her warm and understanding was beautiful. She took the time and care with me and I for the first time didn’t faint or feel anything while Karen was taking my bloods. Thank you for everything. Banbridge surgery and all the team go above and beyond including the lovely receptionists who never seem to stop. x
