"Such an exemplary visit"

A visit by Fiona from Romsey Community Therapy Team was extremely helpful. I am 93 housebound and struggle to walk, carers come 4 times a day. Fiona did a thoroughly professional physical check which was very reassuring, and which she forwarded to my GP. She watched me trying to get on and off my bed and made helpful suggestions of equipment that might help me do this, saying she would get back to me after checking its suitability, which she did. I felt completely at ease and very reassured throughout the visit which could not have been better in any way and am extremely grateful for such an exemplary visit.
