Attended physio/rehabilitation after ORiF surgery on complex ankle break.
I was under a few physio's, mobility and movement was limited. I felt very alone and didn't feel I was improving.
I met Aleysa who designed a plan specifically tailored to what I could and couldn't do. I followed this plan with the help of Emma, a Physio Assistant.
Emma was very patient and always discussed everything in detail. Learning to walk was hard work. With the help of these amazing ladies my movement came back quite quickly, my strength is improving all the time, pain is reducing and I'm walking normally. Emma taught me how to walk up and down the stairs. Without their dedication and help I would not be healing and mobilizing the way I am.
The plan and exercises were set, Following them every day was hard but works.
I can not thank them enough.
"I cannot thank the amazing staff enough"
