Dear Sengee14,

Thank you so much for your kind words. I’m delighted to hear that you and your husband were impressed with the care you received.

Your feedback is a wonderful acknowledgment of the nursing team in Ward 217, and I will make sure Steph, Jen, and Danny hear your appreciation.

I hope your husband continues to recover well following his fall, and thank you again for sharing such a positive experience.

Best regards,

Thank you, Sengee14, for sharing your experience on Care Opinion.
I see that your feedback relates to a number of services and I’m responding on behalf of the Scottish Ambulance Service. It’s clear this was an incredibly frightening situation, and I’m so glad our team, alongside colleagues from SCAA and hospital staff, were able to act quickly and provide the care and support your husband needed. Your kind words about the compassion shown to both your husband and your family will mean a great deal to everyone involved.

If you’d like us to share your story directly with the ambulance crew, please email sas.feedback@nhs.scot with the name, date, time and address of the call-out, and include your Care Opinion username so we can match your message and pass it on.

Thank you again for taking the time to write such heartfelt feedback – it makes a real difference to the teams who work hard to provide care in emergencies.

Warm wishes,
Marie
