"Your kindness meant a lot"

About: General practices in Greater Glasgow & Clyde

(as the patient),

Just wanted to give a shout out to Linda who is  a nurse in the treatment room at Renfrew health centre. She supported me when I had a problem with my hearing and went above and beyond with her care and made sure I knew how to move on and get the help I needed.

I was very distressed and she gave me lots of assurance which helped me greatly. Thank you Linda for your kindness it meant a lot.
