I was referred to the Reach Team following a flare up in my Rheumatoid Arthritis. They visited me a home, provided exercises and aids to improve my mobility.
Linda and Jennifer visited and assessed me and provided professional advice on other things I could do to assist my recovery.
I really appreciate the help and support given to me and my family.
