Since start of this order at beginning i was a complete mess alcohol was a serious problem also had bad relationship issues, having engaging with Gemma she's helped me process impulsive behaviour so much better as I have ADHD usually always would turn to alcohol 1 year on my 16 wks alcohol free, off cannabis that's 6 days straight after 21 years, I'm going to gym again consistently I have a personal trainer which is helping great with my self esteem, I'm now 2 months in front money wise now time to focus on access to my boy ! thanks a million Gemma.
