"Everyone was kind and supportive"

I cannot thank the team in ward 1 enough. The OT called me before and all equipment was delivered. She spent so long explaining things I felt reassured.

I was nervous prior to my operation but on the day was reassured by the Nurses, Drs and HCSW who were beyond kind.

When being taken to theatre again everyone was kind and supportive. I felt listened to and when I came round I was treated with kindness and care.

The care given by Josh the nurse and his team was exemplary I did not wait or want for anything. The same happened on the night when Becky looked after me, her care for not only me but the other patients was fabulous.

I cannot praise everyone enough, thank you for reinstating my confidence in the NHS.
