"Dealt with in a friendly, professional and timely manner"

About: Perth City Occupational Therapy / Community Rehabilitation (Perth City)

(as the patient),

I recently had an operation to reconstruct my left foot, and was told that I couldnt weight bear for at least 6 weeks. I also have arthritis in my knees, hips, hands and back and this made it very difficult for me with my personal care, showering, and mobility

Lesley, the occupational therapist visited me the day after I came out of hospital and on a regular basis after that. She assessed my  condition and provided excellent advise on how to improve my mobility to enable me to achieve matters such as showing, toileting, in and out of bed and promptly arranged the mobility aids that I needed. Nothing was ever too much of a problem and everything was dealt with in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

To sum up, I am very grateful for the, excellent service, that she provided which I would rate 100% and I have no complaints whatsoever.
