About: Northern Ireland Blood Transfusion Service

(as a service user),

Attended the Landsdowne Hotel for blood donation session recently. I was looked after by Federica and Alison who were both very pleasant and chatty which made the experience much more enjoyable, and I didn’t even feel the needle at all!
