"Compassion, care and attention to detail"

Mum was recently in for a day procedure and the compassion, care and attention to detail by Dr Subin and his team was amazing.

Mum is registered blind and the staff took time with her and treated her with the upmost respect.

There was a few stand out staff members. Kim the rgn looking after mum was amazing. So kind and professional. Also the nursing assistant and support staff were fantastic.

Mum had to come back in again. It was great to see Kim and the team again. She was as always bubbly, pleasant and professional.

Daryl the nursing assistant was fantastic, compassionate and kind. He will make an amazing nurse.

The agency nurse on shift both days was fantastic. Catriona. She was kind and caring.

Lastly but not least the 2 x F1 Claire and Alyster both kind, thorough and detailed. Especially when Mum had a very high blood pressure and temperature. Nothing was a bother.

The senior management team need to come down and see the amazing work that the team does and recognise the staff.

We can't thank them enough. In my view, they are the true NHS, not the directors of the trust.
