"The staff have made us feel so welcome and comfortable"

(as a parent/guardian),

Our son was born at 30 weeks and recently has some milestone delays. We had been referred to the Theratots occupational therapy group in Hamilton lifestyles to help him. We cannot thank this group enough for all their help and support.

The staff have made us feel so welcome and comfortable from day 1. They have helped us understand our son's needs better. Seeing him now engage with songs and activities and socialising with others much more comfortably has made us so proud.

His sitting balance has become stronger and is now sitting unaided for longer periods. We feel since attending this group our son is now exploring and socialising more and becoming more adventurous with confidence. 

We cannot thank you guys enough.

We are happy to hear that you and your son have felt comfortable and welcomed at the Theratots group

It is so encouraging to hear about his progress across several areas of his development, which is the hope of the shared goal setting by the therapists.

It is also lovely to know that you have been supported in learning more about your son's needs and hopefully have more activity ideas

We really appreciate you taking the time to give feedback as it helps shape and develop the services we provide and the Theratots staff are compassionate and dedicated in making a difference where they can
