Our dementia support worker provides valuable respite to enable me to attend a 'falling' class for the elderly. This is to help me carry on my role as my wife's carer. Falling accidents account for many cases where the elderly like me are taken out of action, so by providing this service the Health and Social Care Partnership are investing in me.
