About: University Hospital Wishaw / Outpatients

(as the patient),

I was referred for a renal ultrasound 5 weeks ago. I was trying to chase up as I had not received an update and was told it would be about 4 weeks. I was passed several numbers which was really unhelpful. However, I was then passed to Liam at the booking office at University Hospital Wishaw. What a very polite and helpful young man. A credit to his team.
