Fabulous GP

(as a service user),

I recently attended my GP with a symptoms of tonsillitis. I have two other long term conditions (Long Covid and neurological auto immune disease Myasthenia Gravis) that flare up when I have an infection. The GP was new to me. He was kind, thorough, completing neurological checks as well as ear, nose & throat and I felt really reassured by his assessment of me.

Hello Person Centred Kat,

Thank you for writing in via Care Opinion. I will pass this feedback to the practice manager at Kincorth who will be able to share with the GP’s in the practice. Although the GP you saw isn’t named, I’m sure your story will ring a bell with them, and your kind feedback will make a difference to their day.

It’s good to know that although the GP you saw was new to you, they delivered care that was respectful, holistic and saw the whole you – helping build trust and confidence for future.
