I was a very active person before I became ill and required dialysis treatment. This left me very sensitive and emotional. My district nurses, Angela and Kelly, have been a big support to me through this hard time. They have not just did their job but have went beyond their duty of care. Thank you to them both, they made my journey a little bit easier for me. Ever so thankful to them.
