"Relaxed and safe at the Gemini Suite"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

From the moment of admission to being discharged I felt relaxed and safe. Every single member of the team was kind, caring and courteous. What could have been a negative experience was, in fact, perfectly manageable (gastroscopy and colonoscopy).

Everyone I met took time to explain everything clearly and carefully and, although the procedures were not exactly enjoyable, the whole experience was positive.
