(as a relative),

From phoning NHS 24 to discharge from AU2, all staff have been amazing. Stacy at OOH sent us straight to AU2 and staff there couldn’t have been more efficient and welcoming, showing care and compassion all the way.

The consultant fully informed us of what was happening and acted quickly and very professionally and had an excellent manner.

In theatre, from Craig the porter through to theatre, recovery and return to AU2. Special mention to Hazel, nursing student in AU2 and newly qualified Andrew, all brilliant, couldn’t have paid for better. You are all a credit to NHS Fife and be proud of the service you provide.

I hate when I see bad press about our NHS because there are exceptional people working their socks of for us. Thank you to you all.

Thanks for taking the time to leave such great feedback, I am glad your experience has been such a positive one.
