Attended firstly to get checked up. Amy could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Really put me at ease. Second visit was to discuss Prep. Saw Claire and Amy on this occasion. Claire could not have been more helpful. Taking personal details, explaining the process in such a friendly professional manner. I have thought about getting tested for STi and about Prep, if I had known the process was so easy and the staff so helpful and friendly I could have saved myself a lot of concern, worry and sleepless nights.
