About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I slipped and injured my knee, which led me to visit the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley for minor injuries. My journey through the hospital began at the reception desk, where I was warmly greeted and checked in by a lovely lady. After that, I was seen by a doctor, and then by a physiotherapist named Jessie, who was absolutely wonderful—kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful.

At first, I hesitated to go to the hospital, feeling like I might be wasting someone’s time. However, from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel nothing but valued and supported.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone involved in my care for their professionalism and kindness. Your assistance truly made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. Thank you so much!

Dear SbdWPC8

Thanks you so much for these incredibly kind words detailing your experience. I'm immensely proud to respond on behalf of the whole team involved.

I'll ensure the team see your post and that Jesse gets a specific mention. He'll be chuffed.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Thanks again for taking the time to acknowledge our Minor Injuries Unit.

Gerry
