"Work support after my stroke"

I have been blown away by the high standard of support I have received following my stroke. From leaving hospital and received timely rehabilitation input from the community stroke team to then receiving work support from Sarah has been absolutely seamless and so professional. 

Sarah has been so kind and compassionate and completely understands the challenges I face with going back to work. She has supported and guided me through the process of returning to my management role but also helped me re-evaluate my priorities in life. Since my stroke, I've really valued time with family and friends and now feel like I have a much better work/life balance and feel generally happier. This service has been exemplary and I am so grateful for all your support.
