"This team is a great asset"

About: Forth Valley Community Services / Stroke Transition & Rehabilitation Team (START)

(as a carer),

My husband received care under the team after 2 strokes at the end of last year.

He has just been discharged after making great progress with their help.

Everyone on the team has been excellent, supportive and caring throughout. This included support for myself as well as his carer.

This team is a great asset to the Forth Valley and we would like to log our appreciation and thanks for everything they have done
