(as the patient),

I was taken to hospital by ambulance and the crew were outstanding. Same cant be said for A&E...

Long story short, the A&E doctor I saw was shocking and their lack of care and communication showed...they sent me for a CT scan and refused to show me the results, they said what they found could kill me but I wasn't given any clot busting drugs or treatment. I was there for 8 hours with no pain relief. My general practitioner was more helpful on the phone and said what they found wasn't life threatening. The a&e doctor showed no care or consideration for myself who has anxiety...they even showed no consideration towards my husband either.
