Attended Hairmyres Hospital Rapid Access Unit to see Dr Mihas. Had to have a hysteroscopy and although the procedure was a bit uncomfortable the doctor and nursing staff were fantastic at putting me at ease and assuring we could stop at any point. Everything was explained as the appointment progressed and I was advised what would happen next. Found the team to be professional and caring.
