Thank you for taking the time to give feedback,

I apologise that you waited longer than you would have liked and where cancelled on 2 occasions, unfortunately sometimes due to bed pressures this is the case.. Everybody is working very hard. I am pleased you have now had your surgery and take this opportunity to wish you a very good recovery.
