I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team involved in my care during my recent septoplasty. From admission to discharge, every member of staff I encountered demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and care. 

A special mention to Maddy, the receptionist at Knapp Ward, whose politeness and welcoming smile immediately put me at ease upon arrival. Nurse July took excellent care of me prior to surgery, ensuring I was comfortable and well-prepared, reducing my anxiety.

I am also very grateful to Ms. Motter, my surgeon, and the HCA who accompanied her. They both took the time to visit me before the procedure, clearly explaining what to expect and making sure I felt reassured. My sincere thanks also go to Ms. Wilson, the consultant, even though I did not have the opportunity to meet her personally — I truly appreciate her oversight and expertise.

The anaesthetic team – Claire, Oliver, and Chris – were incredibly friendly and reassuring, making what could have been a nervous moment feel calm and safe.

After surgery, I was wonderfully cared for by Nurse Vicky of Knapp Ward, who ensured I was comfortable, encouraged me to eat and drink, and took the time to explain what to expect in the coming weeks, including pain management and recovery tips. July and the HCAs continued to check on me regularly, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

I was thoroughly well looked after throughout my stay. My sincere thanks to the entire Knapp Ward team and theatre team — you are all doing a fantastic job, and your dedication truly makes a difference.
