"Caring staff"

I’d like to thank the staff from the GUM clinic especially nurse Stephen who made my experience to the clinic very calm and worry free.

Stephen has an excellent manner, I didn’t feel under pressure in any way and he offered me a safe non judgemental space when going through the questions and also the physical examination. Absolutely astounding service provided by this team and I’m very thankful for all the help and information he provided.  Any worries or fears I might have had, he made me feel at ease immediately and I would not hesitate to use the service again.
