"Cut through the red tape"

A simple call to 111 early hours of a Sunday morning has given me so much hope!.

In extreme agony and very reluctant to ring 111 I ended up talking to  Dr, sword whom was on call. As true to his surname, Dr. Sword  cut  through alot of red tape for me to ensure that call that day turned into amazing changing circumstances for me.

Obviously, his job is not just a line of duty, this is true dedication to what makes him an extraordinary Doctor and human being. I wish to blow all the trumpets and put out all the flags to a  doctor whom is truly so rare as gold dust on the moon. I thankyou so much Dr sword with every bit of strength i have.
